Just wondering if any members have collected the pictorial cancels from the US celebrating the Soar Eclipse I have a number of them and in my organization of the covers by state it is interesting to see how the folks of the small communities entertained the visitors and boosted the revenue from their visits Do any of you have stories to share.?

There is over 50 Eclipse (all last year) cancels in the Stamp Smarter database

I was lucky enough to live where the path crossed my local post office, so I just got some handback cancels on blank envelopes with an eclipse stamp right after the PO opened on the day of the eclipse. I handed them out as favors to the folks at the event.
