An interesting question:
carmel 2017 published in Israel lists it at $750
bale 2004 gives $280
moriah 2013 published in Israel gives $500
clearly these are for top condition
Tel Aviv Stamp Auctions has a lot of 3 in the current auction
Lot #: 301
BKLTS #B.1, #B.2a & #B.3b cpl; vf (x3), Ba $1500
with a start of $350 plus fees
On this basis B1 is the cheapest of the 3 so would be under $100 at start.
A second lot of 20 booklets from B1-B12 etc in the same auction has a start of $800, which if equally priced is a start of $40 each
There is currently one on ebay at $290 from a well known dealer in Israel.
Hope this helps and shows that getting a retail price is difficult!
Triangle:
Thank-you. It is rather confusing!
David
It is confusing, but it is similar for many philatelic items across the spectrum of collecting. If you take an average, it may be near to a sensible amount.
Can anyone tell me the retail price for a complete booklet of Israel Bale B1?
Many thanks!
David
