I am looking for information on the name Henry Bowen...His signature is on a series of Kaulbach Island Local Carriage Stamps . I am working on my collection and can`t find out anything about this gentleman It says Henry Bowen postmaster ...in a signature ...Tis a mystery.Perhaps those who collect locals recognize the name
