The Situation:
~ I had a subscription (now expired) because I wasn't totally confident about the delivery of the CD to Canada. Has another Canadian bought it? Any issues with delivery?
~ I have requested a couple times to purchase the CD with some kind of reasonable discount accordingly, but with no response. Is their communication with customers ok?
~ I had downloaded some PDF files and used an on-line conversion gadget to create PPT (Powerpoint) files so I could customize a bit (mostly adding notes, or deleting unneeded stamp placeholders). Can you do that from the CD?
~ I want to make a few specialized albums - e.g. Europa issues. Can you search the entire CD for "Europa" to bring up all relevant issues, or do you have to go through each country separately?

I have noticed he rarely responds to emails from my gmail account and have better luck with another id.
I tried one program to search PDF's but did not work. There must be one.

The item is priced - what kind of "reasonable discount" are you expecting and why do you feel that you should get a special discount? I can assure you that I would not respond to such a request under similar circumstances.

If this initiates a public discussion, that's great, but I want to dig deeper on a few areas - so if a (Canadian member preferably) who owns the CD would be willing to share, and could PM me, I'd appreciate it.
