It appears to be Italian but doing a google translate I get (King of the Polish Crown ) also (I escaped under your defense's)
Also I get (Post of Polish Settlements)
I have been through Italy and Poland and can't find it .Could it be a Cinderella?

Polish forces in Italy. These were used by the Polish military post offices while on campaign in Italy in WW2. They are listed in the regular Italian and Polish catalogues.
