Hi rrr,
The first two are revenue stamps from a partisan government in the Rijeka/Fiume area in Croatia in 1945. Susak and Krk are two of the islands south of the city.
Originally they were a pair, one with the star, the other without, and there were nine values issued with the same design and overprint with face values from 5c to 100L.
They are listed in Barefoot's Yugoslavia Revenues.
They are Italian revenue stamps.
They all (3) appear to be listed in the Forbin catalogue.

Thank you rrr!
