I sold this one on Buckacover.com for $1.50
The cut out has no value, in my opinion. Almost no collectors in the world, other than the US, collect "cut squares". I have never found a market for cut squares for any country other than the US.

Someone gave me this stamp. I think it was cut from a postcard. I have not been able to locate it in Scott's catalog. Can anyone help me ID this? Value?
