I think it’s French but not sure it says PACCHI 1 parte SUL BOLLETTINO 3 centesimi light grey very slightly used. Can anyone tell me anything about it and value

It will be Italy parcel post, but without an image, no-one can identify which one!

Ive taken 2 pictures one with phone and other with iPad and it wont take my picture that’s why I didn’t put one any idea what I should use I don’t have a laptop or big computer

The most common reason for an image not uploading to the Stamporama server is because the size of the image is too large. Make sure that the image is no larger than 1400 by 1230 pixels.
