Need help finding a catalog number and price for this sheet. It appears to commemorating the Russian stamp issued in 1964 celebrating the 400th anniversary of printing. The sheet looks like it was issued in 1974 but I have no idea what country its from. HELP!!Image Not Found

re: UNIDENTIFIED SOUVENIR SHEET. RUSSIA OR UKRAINE MAYBE??

It is Russian. The stamp image is based on Russia Scott #2863. It is probably a souvenir sheet (without postage validity - note the overprint of the black obliteration lines over the "4K") issued by or for an exhibition. Thus it is not listed by Scott.

Michel doesn't have any note about the sheet either (stamp is Michel #2885).

" ...It is Russian...."

Just a comment to add, note the letters "CCCP"
which in the Russian cyrillic to them, which
stands for "Union of Soviet Socialist Republics".
Thus the Soviet Union to us, and
"Russian: ???????? ???????????, tr. Soyúznye Respúbliki "

Another clue is the date, The Ukraine which uses a
sort of trident symbol, was a part of the Soviet Union in 1964, lucky them.

The inscription at the bottom refers to a philatelic exhibition in Lviv (Ukraine) in 1974.
