Any idea if this is USA #OX12 or #OX13? Mine are in Panes of 10 and I can't find any Wmkd. Whatever they are, I have a lot of them. Thank you. Image Not Found

Agreed, OX13. I have an OX12 somewhere but can't find the image. It is a remarkably bright royal blue color.

Thank you Michael and Smauggie. Since the 2013 CV is only .25, and I must have a couple hundred of them, I'm going to use them as give a ways.
