Can anyone help me identify these stamps? I can't locate them in Scott.

These are Ukrainian stamps from the early 1990's

A look through the illustrated identifier in the back of all Scott catalogs shows several examples of the 'YKPAIHN" printed on the bottom of the stamp in this question, under Ukraine. The illustrated identifier also shows that Serbian stamps are inscribed "CPBNJA".
Learning how to use the tools of the trade helps make the hobby more enjoyable.

Thanks for your help and advice. Much appreciated.
I have an old "Stamp Identifier" which says that the term "NOWTA" which appears on the top of the stamps = Serbia. Why would the stamp say Serbia on the top and Ukraine on the bottom?
I guess I should throw away the old stamp identifier that I have and only use the Scott "Illustrated identifier" as suggested by Michael.

The five letters you identified are Cyrillic.
And transliterate to "POSTA".
