re: kinderpost mini identification

These are toy stamps that were created in France, England, Germany, and Italy for the education and play of children. In Germany Kinderpost kits were used in school to educate children about the mail. Some children in learning the fun of using the Kinderpost cancels would use them on stamps from their parent's stamp collections. Unhappy parents. During the Nazi period in Germany Kinderpost continued. It is still alive today with modern stamps.

Doing a search on philatelic sales sites will yield results showing more. An internet search will give you the Pinterest site, but you have to join it to view it for any period of time. You will also see images of may other of the toy stamps.
