i see the word guerra (war) on the stamp...my guess would be Spain back of book.

This is indeed a Spainish War Tax stamp.

If the colour is claret? Difficult to be certain from the picture. Then it is most likely 1877 Scott # MR10 15 centimes. US$27.50 mint or US$1.00 used, in my old Scott catalogue (2008).
