General Philatelic/Identify This? : Help with Identification...

I could use some help in identifying the stamps shown below. It seems to me that the top 3 stamps fit somehow into the category of Russian Offices in Turkey but there isn't anything like them in my Scott Catalog. The stamp below the first three appears to be from South Russia but again the catalog fails me. Any input/information would be appreciated! Thanks, Big Daddy DaveImage Not Found

If you go to the illustrated identifier in the back of Scott the stamps are actually shown under the Russia section.

The first 3 are from a set of 8 from Latvia, printed in 1919 but never issued. There are Perf and imperf sets. Reprints and counterfeits exist.

The bottom one is Russia 1918 Scott #150 valued 25c.

the illustrated identifier is the section at the back of every Scott catalogue that shows examples of stamps from different countries as an aid to knowing where the stamps originate. It is just prior to the index.

Incidentally, the 15 K orange occupation stamp is a forgery.
