Based on the options for this stamp, I think it is SG 124d which is shown as 12.75 x 13 in Commonwealth, but listed as 12.5 x 13 in Gibbons. It was issued in the 1950's so I would expect the paper and gum to be a bright white when viewed from the back against black paper.
Thanks.
I have a 2d KGVI wot perfs that measures 12.9 x 13.1 SG has lists 4 varieties (1 gray/black and 3 gray green (perf varieties). Scott just lists 3 perf varieties but no separate listing for green/black. None are perf 13.
I also measured it electronically using SCD's tool and got almost identical results.
Am I missing something - besides a corner of the stamp! If I had to pick one it is 12 1/2 x 13 due to overzealous rounding.
