Charity fundraising label issued by the Jewish National Fund.
The top line of Hebrew reads "Keren Kayemeth L'Israel" which is the Hebrew name for the Jewish National Fund.
I believe that your label depicts Rothschild Boulevard in Tel Aviv and was issued in 1919.
