It says tabriz (Iran?), but I don't know this stamp and wonder if it may be revenue, or charity? 1 Kouran? mystery!

Hi Paul and rrr,

This listing shows a mint block of twenty.

Hello Nigel and Ralph,
Thank you so much for your help with this stamp. I will list it when I get a chance. 100 plus here today. Global warming??? Paul.
It's only 87 where you live with a forecast high of 88. The record high is 105 (you won't be anywhere near that), and the average temperature for today is 76. Tomorrow you will return to normal temperatures, then for the rest of the week you'll be below normal.
- National Weather Service.
So is this stamp from the Qajar Dynasty?
"So is this stamp from the Qajar Dynasty?"
Thanks, Nigel.

Yes, Paul, and getting worse. But that is for a different topic.
Can any member I.D. this stamp? The overprint looks like some I have seen on early issues from JORDAN. There is no watermark. The perfs. are 11 1/2 all around. Thanks. (OLDPAUL)
