Can someone with better eye sight and brains tell me where in the Scott Catalogs I can find Scott # 10NB4 -10NB13. Not sure even exist in Scott, but that is the numbers Colnect gave me. I can find 1N-9N and 11N-16N, but no 10N.

Thanks for any help.

10N refers to Russian occupation of East Germany. You will find 10N right before the listings for DDR regular issues. 10NB are located right before DDR semi-postal issues.
