Again, you are asking people to help you identify a stamp, but your image is stretched out. Make sure your images are properly made so that people can see the details in the stamp in question.
The most common reason for an image not uploading to the Stamporama server corectly is because the size of the image is too large. Make sure that the image is no larger than 1400 by 1230 pixels.
I found a great free app for my iPad for compressing and sizing photos. (I take all my pics with my iPad). It is called “Compress Photos and Pictures” and is extremely simple to use. Available in the Apple App Store. These are the settings I use for most Stamporama pics.

The 2010 Scott's catalog # 3 list different varieties for Kashmir. I cannot distinguish between the 1/4 (A7) and the 1/2 (A8), and there is no way I can identify if any of my stamps are 1 Anna (A9). Any help would be appreciated.
