Stamporama Discussions: Two unknown stamps

General Philatelic/Identify This? : Two unknown stamps

I have been trying to ID these two stamps and need some help. "B" stamp has the hammer and sickle on it so I assumed it might be Russian or one of the Soviet countries, but haven't been able to locate it in Scott. Would appreciate any suggestions. Thanks. Image Not Found

These are unissued stamps of Armenia. They were unissued without a surcharge
