Have been looking all over the place for this country's name for this stamp. Have tried all the Balkan States, but still cannot find it. Any help would be most appreciated. Image Not Found

Yes, Serbia - 1943.

With those clues, found it in Scott: Serbia 2N34 (deep back of the book!)

Fwiw, 2017 CV is unused .25 and used .40 (used value in italics)
