I am struggling to locate these overprints in my Steiner pages

Stanley Gibbons has 3 versions of this stamp however I can only locate two versions for Scott (via Colnect)neither of which is the overprint. Maybe that is why I cant locate in Steiner?

Using Scott numbers:
Lebanon C284-C285 is 36 mm high
C284b-C285b is 36.5 mm high and is a bit fuzzier and paler.
The overprint is on C284b-C285b and is described in the footnote.
There is also a Souvenir Sheet C285a

Thanks, C284, C285, C284b, C285b plus C285a all appear in Steiner but being only a footnote in Scott it appears the overprints may have been omitted from the Steiner pages
