I haven't been following the threads on this. Can you give a short explanation as to why this was done in this way. I can understand if it were done on the back of the envelope but it appears to be the main cancellation. I could Google the answer, but I'm sure you can explain it better. I have some older covers, especially ship ones, with many cancellations - usually at each port, but this seems to be different.
