I've been collecting Canada and Provinces for over 45 years and have a very good collection. But some of the Newfoundland stamps never seem to show up. The latter numbers of the 1910 "Guy Issue", from the 8 cent to the 15 cent, and the 1911 engraved values, #99 to 103, never seem to show up. People who just collect the different pictures wouldn't bother with them. They are reasonably priced but never seem to show up. There was a really nice Newfoundland approval book on SoR today, but no luck! Hopefully sooner or later. I suppose eventually I'll find them at some ridiculous price on E-Bay but I'll really have to trust the seller!!

Funny I have had trouble finding exactly those issues.

All of those stamps are in the 50 - 100 dollar range but they never (almost) show up for sale. I have a couple of them, but have not had much luck with the others. I just took a look on E-Bay and there seems to be one or two of each at reasonable prices. Usually if you look up a stamp on E-Bay there are at least dozens, maybe I should pick up a few before they disappear. Maybe they are more common than I thought, maybe not.

Harvey, I deal with this small stamp dealer regularly. I can say that I have always been satisfied with my purchases.
A small, family run business in a small town in Quebec.
