A posability might be that these were the only two stamps issued in 1950 with an issue of only 2 million.

It is just what YOU want to pay for it.
Everybody can ask what he wants and if you pay that price , well that is your choice.
If you can buy those stamps used for 14 US $ I would say : BUY THEM
As Philastore said the catalog value of these stamps used is now 100 Euros (almost 118 $)
That is 12 % of the CV.
If I really want a stamp I want I will go to 70 - 75 % of the Catalog value.
For others stamps I will probably give 30% max.
But he, that is me.
Buy the way : It would be nice if you add a picture to your posting.

Thanks to everyone who responded , made a purchase at a reasonable price I concentrate on instruments the most but always liked stamps of Bach as a composer
