Good question. There is a batch(background) program that does the clean up. I'll check on the details and get back to you.

Totalac,
Inactive Approval Books are deleted along with their images after 12 months. It used to be after 6 months but I have recently changed it to 12 months.

When stampoRama closes a book, does Stamporama remove it from the server or does the owner have to delete it?
