Nice find. The OS perfins used are the same price as the normal stamp. That info is in my 2007 copy on page 4/256.
The misperfs are very common on the OS perfs, as poorly printed stamps were usually re-purposed as officials. I like them.

Hi to all,
During this lock down Mark V, its back to the stamps.
I have been looking for a four pence George V with the line through the four pence for a while, and while resorting my "OS" stamps, I finally found one. The line is very clear and not obliterated by the messy postmark. I can not find the reference to the four pence with line as a "OS", what page of the ACSC coloured edition 2018 is it listed.
These others, are interesting as well, does the single stamp and the strip of three qualify as misperfs?
As you can see there is an interesting shift of the right hand perforations. Apart from that is to me a nice strip of three "OS".
