I believe this is an issue of 1906: Sc 146, SG 295, and Yt 107.

I was perhaps too quick with my response. Have you identified the watermark and perforations? That will help distinguish among three candidates in the Scott catalogue.

Thank you Jim for info, I looked the # 107 in Yvert catalogue and it seems the stamp, it is classified under South Australia -Dominion section-, it is why I didn't find it.
