Have just acquired these stamps for my Navigator collection, there is also a block of 4 $4 Ridley King on very thick paper (.11mm) also scarce, unfortunately it hasn't yet arrived for me to scan, when it does, I'll post it alongside the $2 block of 4. All stamps are MUH.

Here are the other Navigators I have, in pre-decimal and decimal, including the rare £2 with central overprint and major varieties. Both the scarce 75c and $1.00 with the 14.75mm overprint is also included. All are well centred and MUH.

Not as spectacular as an offset, but I found this, The $4 King

I think your $4 Navigator was printed on translucent paper, On Monday I'll find out for sure.
