Yes, they are Ukrainian, but from the diaspora. Sort of propaganda, issued by anti-Soviet groups all over the world, mostly in Canada, the USA and Great Britain in the 1950s. It is called the Ukraine underground post and it forms a kind of fantasy world in which letters could be sent with these stamps.
Only the third stamp of the first row is sort of legit.
The word Pidpil'na gives it away, it means underground.

Pretty sure these are Ukraine but can't find a listing. I think they were under the Russian Jackboot at the time so wonder if they are cinderellas or propaganda issues. Any background/help is appreciated.
