There are essays (on white paper, without gum) samples and private issues.

"Das Papier von Minr 1-5 ist, auch bei den einzelnen Marken, unterschiedlich dick, die Gummierung ist mit Pinsel aufgetragen und daher ungleichmässig und steifig"
"The paper from Minr 1-5 is, even with the individual stamps, of different thicknesses, the gumming is applied with a brush and therefore uneven and stiff"
