I came across this Bermuda stamp recently. It's not the stamp itself I need help with, but rather the cancellation. It's the letters TB stylistically written with what appears a fountain pen.

I showed to a small group of my Bermuda collecting friends but none of them were able to identify who might have applied the cancellation. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
