If they are the 1d, 2d and 2½d from 1889-91 then Scott numbers are 24, 25, 26.
Thanks Vic - greatly appreciated!!
Edit: I did something really dumb. The three stamps were clearly marked as being a SG #, but I bought them thinking it was a Scott #. Thankfully I needed one anyway and the other two were better copies than I had in my album. But I really have to be more careful. Sellers are really good, if they are not Scott's numbers they always specify what they are. Unfortunately there are idiots like me not paying attention!
Harvey, consider purchasing the Scott catalog pages for Jamaica. Every few years I purchase Danish West Indies pages for Scott and Facit as I don't have the need to purchase an entire volume for either. There are 18 pages for Jamaica in the 2022 Scott and they can be had on eBay for under $6 US, which includes shipping. I didn't check elsewhere, but I'm sure others offer them.
After I receive the pages they are scanned into my computer and a laptop. This allows me to file the "originals" and print copies as needed if I'm attending a show, bourse, or club meeting. Having them scanned into a computer also allows me to simply look at my screen when I'm working on my stamps. I also have copies of pages from other catalogs and literature. Being able to see the pages on a screen also allows me to enlarge them so that they are easier to read and helps to keep my desk a bit more tidy, too.
I'm due to update my sets, and will probably order them today!
Happy stamping!!
Sean makes a good point for those collectors who don't collect the world;
purchase only those pages for the country/s you collect and save yourself some money, time and potential headache.
I buy a complete set of Scott's catalogs about every ten years since I collect so many different areas. Since the US and Canada are my main interests I buy specialized US and Canada every few years. I also bought the Stanley Gibbons Russia a fer years ago but rarely use it. I may keep my 2015 Scott's for a long time before replacing it. I think they're up to 12 volumes now and I don't collect newer stamps anyway. I also just use them for identification, not prices.
Harvey, I should have checked your profile first to see what areas you collect as it is much broader than i thought! That being said, I have quite a bit of DWI lit and I'd be happy to send you copies should you choose to expand beyond the basic numbers! This offer is good for any other members, too...

Could someone please tell me what Jamaica 27, 28 and 29 in Stanley Gibbons would be in Scott's please?
