Although I am no expert, I have strong doubts about these. The first one does not exist according to Michel. There is an explicit note saying that up to now all overprints of the "Kriegsbeschädigten" issue have been found to be fakes. On top of that it seems the CIHS cancel is over the Oppeln cancel.
The second one does exist, only the CIHS cancel ought to be blue not red. The funny thing is that the stamp was cancelled at the correct place, at the correct time (between 14 and 19 February)
I have had a little discussion about these stamps with Gerom

The 10 Pfg (Michelnr 105) is definitely a FAKE.
Even if it has an expertise mark of Dr. Harry Muller.
His expertise was : Polen.
Now-a-days it is expert Gruber who handles the area Oberschlesien.
The 15 Pfg (Michelnr 108) with overprint in red has an important note in the Michel Catalog:
FALSCH : DR Minr 108 mit gleichem Handstempel/aufdruck erwies sich als falsch. Marken mit Prufzeichen `Haertel`, `Muller´ und ´Richter´ unbedingt nachprufen lassen.
WRONG: DR Minr 108 with the same hand stamp / imprint turned out to be wrong. Make sure to have stamps with the test marks `Haertel`,` Muller´ and ´Richter´ checked again.
I can not read the other sign on the stamps.
I found an expert on "bpp.de" site
Those hand cancels on the back are classic examples of an argument from authority. People tend to believe things when persons with (academic) titles say them, even when it is complete bs.
I've had these thrown in my to-do box for years, as I assume they're forgeries. Can anyone recommend an expert who will certify these as forgeries or (as I doubt) genuine?
I would prefer the name of an expert, not a general organisation if possible.
