Have (one) of a two-issue set supposedly released on Dec 5, 1968 to commemorate Korea's Second Five-Year Plan.

Have seen this set referred to as #s 634 and 635. Yet I don't see a listing in Scott.

Is there more to this than simply a case of "catalogue blindness"?
