"Black Prints" are popular in some countries in Europe.
So, Austria is not exception. Even that I don't have sample from this country, I have it from Czechoslovakia, Slovakia, Czech Republic.
In other countries, they don't made it in black print, but in printing phase (Slovenia, France...).
I will not call it essays or even proof print, because it is intentionally made print, mostly on hard paper,
black color (I have some from Slovakia in blue color), and with number imprinted as to keep
evidence of quantity.
From what I know, market price vary, depending on person who wish to obtain samples, but for
Slovakia it is from 10.00 to even 50.00 euros per sample, with Czechoslovakia, some items
have high market value of 100+ euro per sample.
