I've been trying to find "QUBANGUI-CHARI" in the Scott Cat. No luck. If you can track the history of these former French Colonies you're better than me. The reason I have so many of these stamps is probably because I didn't know where to put them (I heard someone say trash). Thank you!

According to the identifier in back of Scott it is in Vol 6 listed under Ubangi.

Bob: Ubangi Shari was part of the French Congo and old French Equatorial Africa territories, with complicated name history. (also spelled Oubangi-Shari)
If you have stamps beyond the the 1 to 10c common variety, they are not easy to come by. (you can always send them here.. Laughing )
