General Philatelic/Identify This? : Queen Victoria Stamps

The odds are good, but the goods are odd.

Greetings. I have been having trouble finding the following 2 Queen Victoria stamps in my catalogs. I can see one of them says "Stamp Duty" so I assume it is not a general issue stamp but more likely a revenue / tax kind, but I am still lost. Any help is appreciated, thank you!

The first one, 1d red is Australian state, Victoria Scott 194 or 219 depending on watermark. 1901 or 1905 .

Edit the other one looks like Scott 162. Check background for type A37/51.

OOO, thank you so much. It didn't really occur to me to consider Victoria as in the Australian state. But that makes so much sense now. I've been ill and other the weather lately, so that's my excuse and I'm sticking to it. LOL
