These are the copies in my collection, the red is very faint.
According to my 2006 Y&T numbers 1366 and 1367 were issued in sheets and booklets.
Also note the difference in colors on 1266a and 1367a,
plus you have an unperforated pair.
Also note that the "a" numbers come from the second printing of booklets.
My guess is that the red is excess ink on the printing rollers therefore this should be common
every so many stamps.
Thanks stampCollector.
Is your stamp the normal one or the grey variety? (YT 1367a )
Is the green color for the normal stamp a mistake in the YT catalog?
I took a picture of another green French stamp for comparison.
I still don't know if I have booklet variety YT 2011a. (925 Euro ???)
I think I need to buy these 2 stamps (MNH) to be able to correctly identify the booklet
Which catalog are those figure from?
My copy is green, by Scott cat. it would be dark green or dull green, there are more that 51 shades of green.
If yours is grey, it is a booklet stamp from the second printing.
I have the 2018 YT catalogue.
I used Michel Colour Guide and it is obviously not grey.
Possibly green black (a colour I can't see green in) but it's a big difference from the green indicated by YT.
I don't understand why would Y&T change the stamp numbers.
1366 and 1367 in 2006 and 2010 and 2011 in 2018?
This is the ed. I have.
2011 is the booklet number.
Red Cross booklet Yvert-Tellier Nr.2011 from 1962.
I know the colours can't be judged by the postings on the site but the 25+10 stamp (YT Nr.1367 - Scott B366) is definitely not green as mentioned in the catalogue.
That means it may be the YT 2011a booklet with significant value.
I don't have any other stamps to compare.
The YT 1366/Scott B365 stamp has a red "P" at the bottom.
If you have these 2 stamps please post them for comparison with mine.
Thank you.
