Interesting, and very obvious. I really like oddball philatelic items. I wonder if this could be repeating error, happening every x number of stamps. Or, could it be that someone did a “private perf” job on an imperforate pair to jack up its perceived value? Either way, it’s certainly collectible.

Thought I'd share an interesting coil pair I came across yesterday. The perf holes change size around the middle of this coil pair. Scott # 3758.
