Progress has been slow, as these stamps are almost never seen in auctions, and when seen they are almost all invariably affixed with a counterfeit overprint.
This is not to say that genuine stamps with genuine certificates don't exist, they do. But they are out of most people's budgets.

Any stamp I ever purchase for the Y & T preobliteres #1 to #23A is by definition one with a fake o/p so I use the value of the basic stamp as a guideline for what I pay and have had success over time as one can see. It is fun and a real challenge, even on the assumption that they are not genuine, so I thought I would share something seldom seen.

Y & T lists them at the top of their "preobliteres" catalog pages, with a note that they are seldom found in good condition and the valuation is for stamps with minor defects. And there is only one known (defective too!) examples of#23A (with no valuation offered).
The rest all list in the thousands of Euros.
I occasionally see some stamps advertised with certificate, usually from one specific seller, but since they invariably originate from the one dealer known for selling the stamps with fake overprints, stating "o/p of unknown origin on genuine stamp" I am thinking that anyone interested would have to consider having the certificate authenticated. These are primarily seen on the French ebay site.

Anyway, here it is for curiosity sake, as I added another one recently, and I am still trying to acquire the 4 missing (and genuinely counterfeit) addition to this page. Look at it as a curiosity, because I doubt it would exist anywhere with genyuine stamps. If it does exist, I would love to see it.

Quite impressive, even for counterfeit overprints

Hi rrraphi,
I made 2 print screens from the site of the French experts Brun and Chandanson.
They have several stamps in the store.
