I came across this and I am wondering how common Inverted Watermarks are on stamps in Brazil.

Even though I can't read any Portuguese, my RHM catalogue of Brazil seems to indicate that this stamp with watermark "CASA+DA+MOEDA+DO+BRASIL" comes in two varieties: watermark "horizontal" and watermark "vertical". To me this would suggest that it is rotated 90 degrees and not 180, but without any further knowledge that's all I can say...
