...yes, it is under Yugoslavia, 1L43-1L45, set of 3 values, overprinted with new values. Scott have it valued as 260.00 US$ per full set of 3, mnh. But, it will be very hard to find it in mnh condition! Michel catalog have it under number 27-29, with full Michel value of 300.00 euros, again, in mnh condition.
As my experience, it is very hard to find it in mnh condition and in Michel catalog, this set have side marking "falsh", so, it is preferable to have it certified, if You have a full set of 3 values.

Following stamp appears to be a Bosnia and Herzegovina Newspaper stamp but has an odd overprint which the Scott catalog notes imply that the stamp might be from Western Ukraine, however, I am not finding it listed there. Any other ideas?
