Here is an interesting recently acquired item with an APS certificate for Romania / Moldavia from 1858 identified as Scott #4 with some scans.

Initial image is a portion of the image at the highest resolution that my scanner supports through Microsoft Paint.

Image Not Found

Second image is a second portion of the image of the stamp including the cancel.

Image Not Found

Third image is the APEX/APS provided certificate.

Fourth image is the reverse of the APEX/APS provided certificate.

Here is an expanded image of a portion of the stamp showing the bull only from the stamp:

The stamp was acquired from the estate of a local collector who had been buying collections from throughout the world since the early 1990's through 2021 and pulling stamps from them to build 19th century collections of the world in either Senf or Schaubek albums.
