The revenue stamp was approved for postal use from 1 December 1952 until 14 March 1954. The problem with postal fiscals is ensuring that they are used within the correct approved dates, and that the cancellation is definitely postal. They don't come much better than this one. A clear strike of Mulatiyana dated 9 APR 53.
