I was intrigued by this postcard. I did some online sleuthing but did not come up with much. A translation would be appreciated.
Is the postcard meant to raise funds for a national monument? Interesting that a year after this card was posted,The Battle of France had begun and shortly afterwards France was defeated by the Germans.
