I can print Steiner pages on blank Specialty pages for you if you can supply the pages.

It's a Canon Pixma Pro-100. It can handled widths up to 13".

I have used a local printer here in SF and supplied the blank Specialized pages. But it is a bit expensive for as many as 40 pages that I'll need. And the Steiner pages don't have illustrations like the Specialized pages have.

I have acquired Scott Specialized pages for all the back of book pages for Nicaragua. Now I need to find Scott pages for 1862 to 1935. I know I can print up Steiner pages but I prefer Scott to join my back of book pages.
