Coming little bit late with updates (which can be seen on my blog page: serbiastamp.blogspot.com), it is result of high postage cost, for I reduced shipping/delivery material from Serbia to me, twice per year!
What we can say about this year issuing policy is not so good!
Too many issues now (25 still and going), with very low quantity printed of each issues, and few interesting sheet composition invented.
It will be very hard to complete "all kind" of combination with tabs and labels from each sides, so, a lot of patience and money we will need to spend, if we want to keep out collection complete and specialized!
Must to remind, that almost all Post Offices today, use just printed labels as proof for service pay, so one really postally used collection will ask for a lot of work, money and patience!
From this 25 issue, I can mention just few, as is Nikola Tesla and Pupin, or Metrology sheet composition, but as best design till now I will choice "Mathematical Society" (shown)!
