Can you do a closeup and/or an explanation of what we are supposed to be looking at?

Believe that it is a broken C in Reich and a broken S in Deutches. At least that is what I see when I copy the image and open in Irfanview.

There are well a thousand + flaws in these stamps that are not listed in any of the main catalogs. I love looking through these myself, and have several. These are listed in theInfla books from INFLA BERLIN. Just on a note they not that expensive. Book1 has 311 pages
with all flaws hand drawn.

100 Marks - Michel Number 247 II C and H in Reich Connected.
200 Marks - Michel Number 248 I Last S in Deutsches has a Hook. 2016 Specialized Lists at € 600]

Be aware of forgeries of the cancelations !!!!!!
Have the stamps a certification on the backside or is there a certification included?
The 200 marks stamp with the flaw and not canceled is only 50 Euros. If it is canceled illegal it is not worth it.

It's definitely not 241I. The hook is on the top on this specimen, not on the bottom. It's not listed in Michel. Disappointing, but I only paid two dollars and postnge for a rather large lot. So no loss.

I don't pursue these, but if I find them 'for cheap' I will buy them. These are Michel Numbers 247 II and 248 I. A happy find. Enjoy.
