There is a service called Wise which can be used to transfer money from Canada to the U.S. Their rates are much less than PayPal.

Interac e-Transfers are only available in Canada for individuals who have Interac-partnered bank accounts (most of them). So, NO you cannot use Interac e-Transfer in the U.S. That being said, Interac does have a collaboration with Mastercard and Western Union to allow Canadians to send International Transfers.

I wasn't sure where to put this. I know when I buy from most Canadian sellers it saves them some money if I use an e-transfer but it is only good if I convert to Canadian dollars. I am not an expert on finance but I have been told this only works in Canada. This seems unlikely to me but I am curious if it is possible to pay to US sellers this way or is it too difficult? Just curious!!
